@amygearty
You forgot the maple syrup
@candyleigh015
Thanks so much for this recipe! I literally only do like: 4-5 ice cubes, one banana, a long splash of almond milk, a table spoon of peanut butter, table spoon of raw cacao, splash of vanilla extract, and sprinkle of cinnamon. Doesn't even need syrup or agave. That alone tastes so refreshing! This probably comes out to be less than 250 calories in total, but a whole meal and soo delicious. I drink this like 2-3 times a week now for either breakfast or lunch. Brilliant recipe. Thanks again!
@mozzarellablue
Holy crap I just made this and I'm drinking it now and it is SO GOOD. Tastes like a milkshake! Can't really taste the banana in it (to answer a question), but if you wanted to, you could add more banana. Ahh I love this recipe
@keniarosemary
i thought i was the only one who added cinammon to pb and banana smoothies! it makes it so good! i will add cocoa powder now!
@TheThirteenProject
Guys, this is definitely healthy! In fact I make this smoothie basically every day as my afternoon meal:) Using a single tablespoon of the unsweetened cocoa powder only has about 20 calories with very little fat/carbs, and the rest of the ingredients (almond milk, cinnamon, peanut butter, banana) have obvious health benefits. I just omit maple syrup because that's where this recipe can get too sugary, if I'm really craving a sweet smoothie I just add Stevia :)
